According to the complaint filed by the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Shahrukh Khan\'s company Shah Oil Traders --wholesale distibutors of kerosene oil -- got two tankers filled by Bijwasan in Najafgarh on November 9. The quantity of the oil was reportedly 22,000 litres. Tanker number DL-1G-2204 was loaded with 12,000 litres of oil whereas the second tanker (BHG-3490) with 10,000 litres.
Instead of distributing the full amount of oil to the wholesalers, Shah traders is said to have hoarded 7,200 and destroyed 1,100 litres of oil. Out of the 12,000 litres, the company hoarded 7,200 to Sunil Oil Company in Faridabad at the rate of Rs 4 per litre against the market price of Rs 2.64 per litre
